– June 10th 1900, Jornal do Commercio reports about the June 3rd public wireless experiment in the presence of P.C.P. Lupton, the British Consul and his family.

 

– June 16th 1900, Jornal do Commercio printed a text of a letter Father Landell sent to the British Consul Lupton, the British Consul, prior to his public experiment, which noted he would only demonstrate 5 of his many inventions:

 * Telauxiofono – corded telephone at great distances.

* Kaleophone – wireless or wired not needing to ring the bell to call very good fit for offices.

* Anematofono – cordless telephone device, with more clarity and security.

Teletiton – phonetic telegraphy over long distances.

* Edifono – useful to purify and soften the phonographed voice from the parasitical vibrations, reproducing the natural voice.
